Compatible with Halcon software, it delivers fast and reliable calibration, ensuring optimal performance of your vision system. Customizable in size and dot configuration, the Calibration Board is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing superior accuracy in all environments.
The Halcon Calibration Board is a high-precision tool designed for camera and vision system calibration within the MVTec Halcon environment. Featuring a well-arranged grid of circular dots, it enables robust feature detection and sub-pixel accuracy, even under challenging lighting or wide-angle conditions. Compared to traditional checkerboard targets, the dot pattern minimizes distortion effects and enhances calibration reliability. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the board supports both intrinsic and extrinsic calibration, allowing precise alignment of single or multiple cameras. It is widely applied in industrial automation, robotics, stereo vision, and 3D measurement tasks where stability and accuracy are critical.
Product features: sharp edges, high positional accuracy, low expansion coefficient, High precision (with a maximum accuracy of 1um),and customization support.
Applicable scenarios: Machine vision calibration (security, film and television, medical, camera, drone camera, photography studio, scientific research instruments, and other equipment).
